Air & Surface Mould Sampling & Analysis. 

  • Modern Index Methods
    We no longer recommend Microscopy or ERMI sampling. We recommend Enzyme and DNA qPCR index sampling, provided by market-leading European companies. We fit your case and budget the appropriate method or combination.
  • Homebuyer+ Concealed & Historic Mould Risk
    Homebuyer surveys are non-invasive. Properties with a history of mould issues or water damage can be superficially decorated for sale. Our CHM sampling service, when combined with a homebuyer's survey can give valuable insight into the mould content of the house dust, indicating likelihood of historic issues or hidden mould reservoirs for buyers concerned about the impact of mould exposure o their health.
  • DIY DNA Sampling
    One of our methods can be carried out by individuals in their own homes without specialist training or equipment. Prices start at £372 and include access to our Tier 1 course as well as a consultation to review results and your next steps.
  • Independence is key
    When it comes to mould, sampling can be tricky. Mould debris is everywhere and can be found in all house dust. We are not here to sell you remedial services but can identify and quantify abnormal levels of mould debris in the built environment.
