Work Safely
Deliberate work with damp & mould carries risks to the person undertaking the work and to the general public in the vicinity. We examine the role all workers play in reducing these risks to 'as low as reasonably practicable' and requirements under CoSHH and the Management of Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Duty of Care in Housing
Learn how recent regulations and guidance resulting from Awaab's law will affect your work. Every contractor and housing professional is expected to understand why 'every contact counts' but in performing your tasks you will be directly affected and affecting others.
