Hazards in the Workplace
Deliberate work with mould carries risks to the person undertaking the work and to the general public in the vicinity. We examine the role of employers and workers in reducing these risks to 'as low as reasonably practicable', requirements under CoSHH and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Hazards in Housing
Learn about recent regulations, guidance and Awaab's law. Expectations and requirements have dramatically changed for all those working in the private and social housing sectors. Every contractor and housing professional is expected to understand the importance of ' Making Every Contact Count'.
