It was a positive and enjoyable experience. The trainer was very well informed and current in the latest methods and techniques used in the industry. The training was, in my opinion, very well structured to cover learners from various backgrounds and roles. Analogies and scenarios were discussed to bring more depth to what some may see as more complex issues working in the field and aided in bringing perspective. I would recommend the training to anyone working in this environment directly and indirectly.
